Cookie Policy

This policy explains what cookies Vibely uses, why we use them, and how you can manage them. We keep it minimal — only what we need to run the service.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your preferences and session state. We also use similar technologies like local storage and session storage for the same purposes.

2. Essential cookies

These cookies are required for the service to function. You cannot opt out of them.

  • Authentication cookies: keep you logged in across page loads and browser sessions.
  • Session cookies: maintain your workspace state (open project, selected plan, etc.).
  • Security cookies: CSRF protection tokens and fraud detection signals.
  • Load balancing cookies: route your requests to the correct server instance.

3. Analytics cookies

We use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand how the product is used — which features are popular, where users get stuck, and how performance compares across regions. Data is processed in aggregate and is not linked to your identity. You may disable these through your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

  • Page view and feature usage counts.
  • Session duration and navigation paths.
  • Browser type, device category, and approximate region (country level).
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: a cookieless performance beacon served by our CDN. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not identify or track you.

4. Third-party cookies

Some functionality relies on third-party services that may set their own cookies:

  • Payment processor (Stripe): handles billing flows; governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Error monitoring: aggregated crash reports to detect platform issues; no personal content is included.

5. Cookies we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cookies that track you across other websites. We do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers.

6. How to manage cookies

You can change your analytics consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the page footer, or under Settings → Data Controls when signed in. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies at any time.

Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the service.

Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use Vibely.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies evolves. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice.
