DeepSeek and Moonshot AI, our China-based AI inference subprocessors, are bound by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, the same cross-border transfer safeguard applied to our other non-EEA subprocessors — see International data transfers in our Privacy Policy.
