Acceptable Use Policy

A short, plain-English list of what you can’t do with Vibely. It applies to everyone — free, paid, and enterprise.

1. Spirit of this policy

Vibely is a tool for building real software. We want it to feel powerful and open, while protecting our community from abuse. This policy describes the small set of behaviors that are off-limits.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use Vibely to generate, host, or distribute:

  • Material that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
  • Content that incites or facilitates real-world violence against people or groups.
  • Detailed instructions for creating weapons capable of mass casualties.
  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, credential stealers, or DDoS tooling.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy law.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use Vibely to:

  • Conduct unauthorized intrusion, scraping, or evasion of access controls.
  • Run unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, or fraud schemes.
  • Impersonate Vibely, our staff, or any other person or organization.
  • Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated compute on our sandboxes.
  • Reverse-engineer model weights or attempt to extract training data.

4. High-risk use cases

Do not use Vibely as the sole decision-maker in safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, or government-eligibility decisions. AI output requires human review for these contexts.

5. Security and integrity

Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Vibely systems without prior written consent. Do not bypass quotas or rate limits via multi-account abuse.

6. Reporting abuse

If you observe content or behavior that violates this policy, email [email protected]. We act on credible reports and may share relevant information with law enforcement when required.

7. Enforcement

We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Severe violations (e.g. CSAM, credible threats of violence) result in immediate termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
