Teams

One team workspace

Share projects, credits, knowledge and settings. Set roles, keep some projects private, and sign in with your company’s SSO.

Vibely workspaces give a team shared projects, pooled credits, roles and comments. Inviting people starts on Pro. Business adds private projects, member groups, SSO with SAML or OIDC, SCIM provisioning, audit logs and two-factor authentication to publish.

Core capabilities

  • Pooled credits

One credit balance for the workspace, with a default monthly limit per member. Per-person limits are on Business.
  • Roles

Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer, each fine-tunable in Settings → Permissions.
  • Member groups

Group people to share projects with a team or publish a site only to them.
  • Comments on the preview

Pin feedback to a spot in the app, discuss it in a thread, and send it to Vibely to fix.
  • See who’s in the project

Avatars show who else has the project open. There’s no multiplayer editing.
  • Settings set once

Knowledge, skills, connectors, domains and security settings live on the workspace and every project inherits them.

Private projects

Project access and website access are separate. Set a project to Restricted so only people you invite can open its chat and code, and publish it to Anyone, your Workspace, or Private.

Built for the way teams review

Invite, comment, share and group, without leaving the project.

Comments on the preview

Pin a comment to the exact spot, reply in a thread, then send the thread to Vibely to make the change.

Stay in control

  • Single sign-on

Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0 or any SAML 2.0 or OIDC provider. Verify your domain, require SSO for it, and set how long sessions last.

  • SCIM 2.0 provisioning

    Business plan
Add, update and remove members from your identity provider, and set their role through its groups.

  • Audit logs

Who changed what: membership, roles, publishing and settings, searchable with filters and CSV export.
  • Two-factor to publish

    Business plan
Require two-factor authentication before anyone can publish or change build secrets.
    See publishing guardrails
  • External collaborators

Invite people from outside the workspace to a single project. On Business, cap the highest role they can get.

The workspace’s whole security picture, project by project, is in the Security center. Contract terms for larger teams are in the enterprise terms.

Get started

  • Pro

Invite your team, use the Admin and Viewer roles, and connect your own domain.
  • Bring it to your team

Start a workspace, invite people by email or link, and share one pool of credits.

Free is a single seat. Invite people from Pro.

Frequently asked questions

Free is a single seat, so you can’t add workspace members. You can still invite someone to a single project with the Can edit role. Inviting people to the workspace starts on Pro.

Project access decides who can open the project’s chat and code. Website access decides who can see the published app: Anyone, your Workspace or Private. They’re set separately, so a restricted project can still publish a public site.

No. You can see who else is in the project from their avatars, and comment on the preview, but there’s no multiplayer editing or live cursors.

Vibely exposes three SCIM groups, one per workspace role, and membership in a group is the role. Map your identity provider’s groups onto those three. SCIM doesn’t create or change Vibely’s member groups.
