Creator Program Terms
The rules for earning commission by referring people to Vibely: what you earn, when you are paid, and what we expect from how you promote us.
1. The program
The Vibely creator program lets anyone with a Vibely account earn a commission when people they refer become paying customers. These terms (version 2026-10) apply to everyone who takes part in the program, and sit alongside our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
There is nothing to apply for. Every account has a referral link in Settings → Creator program, and sharing it means you agree to these terms. We may suspend or end anyone's participation as described below.
2. Your code and link
Your code and link, of the form vibely.sh/?ref=yourcode, are created the first time you open them. The code is based on the name on your Vibely account. It is then fixed, and only Vibely can rename it.
Codes that impersonate Vibely, our staff or another person, or that are reserved by us, are not available.
3. What you earn
You earn 20% of the net amount of each payment made by a customer you referred, for the first 12 months after that customer's first payment. After that, their payments no longer earn commission.
"Net amount" means what the customer paid for their plan, excluding any tax included in the charge and any amount we refund. Your rate is fixed on each payment when it is made; if we change your rate it applies only to later payments.
Commission is earned on subscription payments for paid plans. Free plans, free credits and trials earn nothing.
4. How a referral is credited
A customer is credited to you when they sign up after following your link, or when they enter your code before their first payment. A link stays valid for 60 days in the visitor's browser. The first creator or friend-referral code a customer is credited to keeps them; a later link does not move them.
You cannot refer yourself. Purchases made by you, by an account you control, or into a workspace you own earn no commission, and we may void them.
5. When you are paid
Payment timing and amounts:
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the customer's payment so refunds can settle. After the hold it becomes available.
- Once your available balance reaches the minimum payout ($50 or ₹4,000, depending on the currency you earned in), we can pay it out. Smaller balances roll over until they reach it.
- If you delete your Vibely account, any balance still on hold or below the minimum payout is forfeited. A balance that has reached the minimum must be paid out before the account can be deleted.
- You are paid in the currency you earned in, by the method you set in your dashboard: UPI, bank transfer, PayPal or Wise. You must keep your payout details correct; we are not responsible for a transfer sent to details you gave us.
- Payouts are processed on a regular schedule, not instantly, and we may delay one to complete a review.
6. Refunds and chargebacks
If a customer is refunded or reverses a payment, we remove the matching commission. A partial refund removes the same share of the commission. If the commission was already paid to you, the amount is deducted from your next payout. We may also adjust your balance to correct an error, with a note you can see.
7. Disclosure and how you promote
You must tell your audience clearly when a link or code is an affiliate link and that you may earn a commission, in line with the rules that apply to you, such as the US FTC Endorsement Guides and India's ASCI influencer guidelines. Put the disclosure where people will see it, in the video or post itself and not only in a profile or description.
- Do not make false or misleading claims about Vibely, its pricing, or what it can do.
- Do not spam, post in communities that ban promotion, or send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Do not bid on the Vibely brand name, or on terms containing it, in paid search, and do not run ads that imply you are Vibely.
- Do not use incentivised, fake or automated sign-ups, cookie stuffing, or any method designed to claim credit for customers you did not bring.
- Follow our Acceptable Use Policy in everything you publish.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn. We may ask for details such as a PAN or other tax identification, and we will withhold tax from payouts where the law requires us to. Commission amounts shown in your dashboard are before any withholding.
9. Suspension and ending
We can suspend or end your participation at any time, for example for breaking these terms or abusing the program. If we end it for cause, unpaid commission connected to the breach may be forfeited. Commission already earned for genuine customers and past its hold is still paid, subject to the refund rules above. You can stop at any time by telling us. Your code stops earning when your account is suspended or deleted.
10. Changes
We may change the program or these terms. We will give notice of material changes, which apply to payments made after the change takes effect. Continuing to take part after that means you accept them.
11. Independent relationship
You take part as an independent creator. Nothing here makes you our employee, agent, partner or representative, and you cannot make commitments on our behalf.
