Screens for the stockroom
An items list with search and filters, an item page with current stock per location, quick buttons to record stock in, stock out and transfers, and a low-stock view that shows what to reorder first.
Use case — web app
An inventory spreadsheet works until two people edit it on the same day. Then the counts drift, nobody knows which row is true, and the first sign of a problem is a customer order you cannot fill. An inventory app is a short list of parts: items, locations, a record of every movement in and out, and a warning when something runs low. Vibely builds those from a description, on a Postgres database via Supabase, so every change is a recorded movement instead of an overwritten cell.
Paste it in and edit the details to match your own. Being specific about the screens and the data is what separates a working app from a mockup.
Build an inventory management app for a small shop with two locations. Screens: an items list with search, category filter and total stock; an item page showing stock at each location and its movement history; buttons to record Stock in, Stock out and Transfer between locations; and a Low stock page listing items below their reorder level. Data: items, categories, locations and stock movements in Supabase. Stock levels are calculated from movements. Sign-in with email; staff can record movements, managers can edit items and reorder levels. Add about thirty realistic items so I can see it working.

This is for small shops, makers, warehouses, workshops and offices that track somewhere between a few dozen and a few thousand items. If you need deep accounting integration, barcode hardware fleets and multi-country warehousing, an established inventory platform is the safer buy — the case here is a tool that fits how you count, owned by you.

Postgres on Supabase with items, locations and stock movements as real tables. Stock levels are worked out from the movement history, so you can always see who changed what, and when.
Deployed to a URL on the first build, usable from a phone on the shop floor, and exportable to GitHub on Pro and Business when you want to extend it yourself.
Paste the prompt above and react to something running instead of writing a spec. The free plan needs no card, and the code is yours from the first build.

Yes. Ask for a CSV import screen and describe your columns. The data lands in your own Supabase Postgres database, so you can also load it with SQL or the Supabase dashboard.
The web app is responsive, so staff can record movements from a phone browser. If you want a native app with the camera, describe it as a mobile project — native iOS and Android builds are on the Pro and Business plans.
A native mobile build can use the phone camera through expo-camera, which the agent can install for barcode scanning. In the web version, the simplest route is a search box that a USB barcode scanner types into.
Not as a built-in connector — Vibely ships nine: Vibely AI, Supabase, Stripe, RevenueCat, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Figma and Miro. Anything else is an API call in your own code, which the agent can write when you describe it.
