Build a property listings site with search that actually filters

An agency’s website is judged on one thing: whether the search works. Price, bedrooms, area and type have to filter instantly, the result has to be shareable as a link, and every property needs its photos, details and a way to ask for a viewing. That is listings, filters, a gallery and a request form on a real database — which is what Vibely builds from a description, with an admin screen so the agents add properties without touching code.

Filters in the URL, so every search is a shareable link

Included in the first build

Agent sign-in with an admin screen for listings and photos

Yours to keep

  • Deploys to a live URL — nothing for your team to install
  • React and TypeScript you own, synced to GitHub on every plan
  • Viewing requests saved to your own database with a status
  • Free plan, no credit card, unlimited projects

1. Who this is for

For small and boutique agencies, letting agents and developers marketing one scheme, whose current site is a brochure with a contact form. If you need to syndicate to the big property portals or sync with an agency CRM, those are integrations you would add in code against their APIs — Vibely has no property-portal connector, and we would rather say so.

2. Start with this prompt

Paste it in and edit the details to match your own. Being specific about the screens and the data is what separates a working app from a mockup.

Build a website for a boutique estate agency called Harbour & Vale.

Screens: a home page with a search bar and six featured properties; a listings page with filters for price range, bedrooms, property type and area that update the URL; a property page with a photo gallery, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, a description, a simple mortgage calculator and a "Request a viewing" form; and a saved-homes page for signed-in visitors.

Admin: agents sign in to add or edit a property, upload photos, and mark it For sale, Under offer or Sold. They see all viewing requests with a status of New, Contacted or Booked.

Data: properties, photos, saved homes and viewing requests in Supabase, photos in storage.

Seed it with twelve realistic properties across three areas.

3. What the build actually consists of

  • Search people can share

A listings page with filters for price, bedrooms, type and area that write to the URL, so a search can be bookmarked or sent to a partner. Each property has a gallery, the key facts and a map-style location line.

  • Listings as data

Properties, photos and viewing requests are Postgres tables on Supabase, with photo uploads to storage. Agents sign in to an admin screen to add a property, mark it under offer or take it down.

  • Requests that reach someone

A viewing request form on every property saves the name, contact and preferred times to a table the agents work through, with a status per request. Visitors can save homes to a shortlist once they sign in.

4. What you get

  • A searchable listings page with price, bedroom, type and area filters
  • Property pages with a photo gallery, details and a mortgage estimate
  • A viewing request form that records who asked and when
  • Saved homes for signed-in visitors
  • An admin screen where agents add, edit and archive properties

5. What to build next

Once the first build lands, these are the prompts people send next.

  • Add a "new listings" email-style alert page for saved searches.
  • Add a lettings section with monthly rents and availability dates.
  • Show viewing requests per property on a weekly calendar for the agents.

Works with the tools you already use

Nine built-in connectors — Vibely AI, Supabase, Stripe, RevenueCat, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Figma and Miro. Anything else is an API call in code you own.

Questions, answered.

Yes. The admin screen is part of the app: agents sign in, add a property with photos, change its status or archive it. Nothing about adding a listing needs a developer or a new build.

Not out of the box. Vibely ships nine connectors and none of them is a property portal. If your CRM or feed has an API, the agent can write the import in your own code, with credentials you supply.

Each property has its own URL with a title and description, and published Vibely apps can run an SEO review before launch. Ranking depends on your content and your market, which no builder can promise.

Describe it. Watch it build.

Paste the prompt above and react to something running instead of writing a spec. The free plan needs no card, and the code is yours from the first build.
