Copyright counter-notice

If we removed or disabled your content in response to a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, use this form to ask us to put it back.

This is a legal document. We forward it, including your name, address and phone number, to the person who sent the original notice. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content was removed by mistake can expose you to liability for damages, costs and legal fees, including under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) where that provision applies to your submission.

A valid counter-notice has all six of these. Have them ready.

  1. 1.What was removed, and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  2. 2.A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. 3.Your full name, postal address, and telephone number.
  4. 4.Consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for the district your address is in — or, if you are outside the US, any district in which Vibely may be found.
  5. 5.A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice, or from their agent.
  6. 6.Your signature. Typing your name in this form is your electronic signature.
