Appeal a project decision

For a project or published app we disabled, unpublished, or restricted. If we removed or restricted your content, you are entitled to a statement of reasons and to contest the decision. This form is that route.

What to include

The project. Its published URL if it had one — a vibelyagent.com subdomain or your custom domain — otherwise the project name or id.
The reason we gave, quoted, if you received one. If you did not get a reason, say that — we owe you one.
Why you believe the decision was wrong.
If the breach was real: what you changed, and when. That is the case that gets a project restored.
Whether a mobile build of this project is live in a store.

What we review

A person reads the appeal — never the system that made the original call. They look at the rule we cited, what was on the page, and what has changed since. A project can be restored where the breach was fixable and has been fixed.

When you hear back

We confirm receipt within 1 business day and decide within 10 business days of receipt. If we cannot decide in 10, we tell you and give a revised date. We read this on Indian business days.

Appeal before you delete

We can restore a project we disabled. We cannot restore one you deleted yourself — deleting a project tears down its published site and purges its files in the same operation, with no grace period and no undo. Appeal first, export second, delete last.

Mobile apps

While a project is disabled you cannot build or submit to the App Store or Google Play from it. An app already live in a store stays live: it ships under your own developer account, so we neither pull it nor control its listing. If we restore the project, builds and store submissions resume from where they stopped and the live listing is untouched — no resubmission, but nothing you would have shipped during the block went out. If Apple or Google removed the listing themselves, only they can put it back.
