Appeal an account decision

For an account we suspended or terminated. If we removed or restricted your content, you are entitled to a statement of reasons and to contest the decision. This form is that route.

What to include

The email address on the account. Send from it where you can — if you cannot sign in to it, say so and give us another way to verify you.
When you noticed, and what you were doing at the time.
What you believe happened, in your own words.
Your response to the reason we gave. If you did not get a reason, say that — we owe you one.
Anything you have since changed or removed, if a breach is at issue.

What we review

A person reads the appeal — never the system that made the original call. They look at the rule we cited, the evidence behind it, and your response to it. We are a small team, so that person is not a separate appeals department — but it is never the system that made the call, and the reason we give you is the reason we acted on.

When you hear back

We confirm receipt within 1 business day and decide within 10 business days of receipt. If we cannot decide in 10, we tell you and give a revised date rather than go quiet. We read this on Indian business days.

What we cannot reinstate

An account terminated for fraud, or for anything involving child safety, is not reinstated. You are still entitled to the reason for the decision and to contest it here, and we will answer — but the account does not come back.

Billing keeps running

An appeal does not pause billing and does not create a refund right. Where we suspend or terminate for material breach, fraud, or abuse, any remaining credits are forfeited and the fees for the period you are in are not refunded, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise.
