For anything hosted on Vibely that you believe is illegal or breaches our Acceptable Use Policy: a published app, a preview link, or project content. This is our notice-and-action route, including for users and authorities in the European Union.

Not for copyright claims

Copyright complaints submitted through this form are not processed. A takedown notice has its own required elements and its own counter-notice process — file it at /abuse/dmca, and read the policy at /dmca. Sending one here only costs you days.

Your report is confidential

We may email you for clarification, and a report we cannot follow up on is often a report we cannot act on — so give us an address you read.

We do not pass your name or your email address to the person you are reporting unless we are legally required to. If we are ever compelled to disclose your identity, we will tell you first unless the law forbids it. The substance of your report may still reach them — they cannot answer a complaint they are not allowed to read.

This applies to this form. A trademark complaint at /abuse/trademark is the opposite: we pass it in full, including your identity, to the person who published the material.

What happens next

We confirm receipt by email within 1 business day, and decide within 10 business days of receipt. If a report is complex enough that we cannot decide in 10, we tell you and give you a revised date rather than go quiet.

If we act, the affected user gets a statement of reasons: what we removed or restricted, the rule we acted on, whether a person or an automated system made the decision, and how to appeal. If we decide not to act, we tell you why.

Child sexual abuse material and credible threats to life are actioned immediately and referred to the authorities. They do not wait for the timeline above.

Apps already on the App Store or Google Play

Vibely builds native apps that customers submit under their own Apple and Google developer accounts. For an app a store has already shipped we can disable the project and revoke its submission rights, but we cannot recall a binary that is already on devices — only Apple or Google can pull that listing. Report it to the store as well as to us.

Identify the app with whatever you have: an App Store or Google Play listing URL goes straight in the URL field. If all you have is a bundle identifier (com.example.app) or an EAS build id, put it on the first line of your description — the URL field only takes a web address.
